• primary open-angle glaucoma;
• secondary glaucoma (uveal, aphakic, post-traumatic);
• congenital glaucoma (with ineffectiveness of other therapeutic measures); 
• sharp increase in ophthalmotonus;
• Primary angle-closure glaucoma (in combination with miotics).
